Will I pay customs/import taxes or tariffs for orders to the US?
Shipments to the US are sent as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) using Canada Post/USPS services. Applicable duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and passed on as required via the postal service.
What services are used to ship my lures?
We use the public postal service to ship our lures as they offer the lowest available rates. Postal service interruptions or delays are out of our control. We are currently shipping with the postal service and Purolater (Canada only).
When will my lures be shipped to me?
We strive to fulfill and ship the lures out on a timely basis (within 3 - 5 business days). This may take longer during the busy holiday season. Once the package is in the postal system, then it will be up to the postal service. A tracking number is available for you to track your order, when it has been shipped.
